Why roll here
- SRD magic item cards the tables link to
- 514
- monster family generators
- 29
- 2024 monsters, each with a loot section and its generator
- 331
- gemstones and art objects described
- 100
- Rules as written. Every die follows the treasure tables in chapter 7 of the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide: Individual Treasure, Treasure Hoards in four CR bands and Magic Item Tables A to I. Each roll shows the row it landed on, so you can check it against the book.
- Your dice, not ours. Roll at the table and type every d100 and coin die in; nothing is decided for you unless you leave it empty.
- Linked to the rules. A magic item opens its SRD card, a gem or art object its description, a creature its stat block.
- Made for play. Lock the finds you like and reroll the rest, print item cards for your players, and share a link that replays the exact roll.
- Free, no account. Every roll is made fresh in your browser.
How this generator works
The dead keep what they were buried with. Skeletons, shadows and mummies (Intelligence 6) still roll Individual Treasure here; ghosts, wraiths, specters and will-o'-wisps do not, because they are incorporeal and cannot carry coins, and neither do mindless zombies. They are in the list because they haunt the same crypts: they raise the lair's CR without rolling pockets. Skeletons to wights use the CR 0–4 table, vampire spawn CR 5–10, a vampire (CR 13) and a mummy lord (CR 15) CR 11–16, and a lich (CR 21) CR 17+.
Vampires, mummy lords and liches keep lairs, and their hoards are among the richest in the game. Tick Lair hoard to roll the crypt, castle or sanctum on the table of the strongest undead present.

Questions
Do ghosts and wraiths carry anything?
No: they are incorporeal and cannot carry coins, so they roll no Individual Treasure. Where a ghost haunts may still hold what it owned in life; add it to the group and tick Lair hoard to roll that on its CR.
How rich is a lich's hoard?
It rolls on the CR 17+ hoard table: 12d6 × 1,000 gp and 8d6 × 1,000 pp in coins alone, and magic items on almost every roll.
